Anders Lindgren – Hall of Fame Inductee

From humble beginnings to international glory, Anders Lindgren has carved out a hockey journey defined by dedication, perseverance, and passion for the game.

Anders began his hockey career with the Kankakee Coyotes, laying the foundation for what would become a remarkable path in the sport. He went on to play for the Kankakee Irish from 2013 to 2017, becoming a key contributor and respected teammate throughout his time with the club.

His hockey journey continued at the collegiate level, where he played for Aurora University from 2017 to 2021. While balancing athletics and academics, Anders earned his degree in nursing, graduating in 2022—a testament to his work ethic both on and off the ice.

In 2019, Anders achieved international success as a member of the USA Deaflympic Hockey Team, playing a crucial role in securing a gold medal at the Winter Deaflympics. His contributions to Team USA stand as a proud highlight of his career and a source of inspiration for athletes across the country.
