Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Kankakee Coyotes

Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances where the organization is unable to field a team for a registered participant. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the board. Please note that refunds will not be granted for voluntary withdrawals, including but not limited to changes in personal schedule, loss of interest, or conflicts with other activities. Once a player is assigned to a team, all fees are considered non-refundable. The board of directors reserves the right to review and make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly in instances involving medical issues or other unforeseen hardships. Any such requests must be submitted in writing and include appropriate supporting documentation. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the official start of the season.
